When you use our “Common Form” or any other method on our platforms to apply to colleges or universities, we may ask you for the following extra details so that they can process your application.

Category/Stream for which the form is filled out, Course of Interest, and Preferred Study Location

Date of Birth, Gender, Nationality, State, and Address

Name of the father or helper, their job, and the name of the mother

Information about 10th grade, such as grades, school name, school board, and year passed.

Information about 12th class or undergrad, such as Stream, marks, school name, school board, and passing year

Work experience (if relevant), including the last Company you worked for, the number of years you’ve been in the field, your job title, occupation, field, skills, and areas of expertise, etc.

Also, Platforms may collect information like your IP address, device information, operating system, patterns of behaviour, how you use different pages or goods on Platforms, test results, transactional information, etc.

For handling payments, we may ask for your bank account, credit card, debit card, or any other type of payment information when you buy something from us.

We will only get Personal Information in ways that are legal and fair. Personal information may be collected directly from you or your authorized representative or gathered from a third party, such as a licensee or representative authorized by us to provide services to you. We collect information about your services and how you use them, such as log information and location information.

The above information is taken so that we can give you better and more personalized content and services, analyze trends, do research, and help improve our products and services so that they are better for you, the end user.

We only take Personal and Sensitive Information if we have a good reason to think it will help us run our business.

To give you a chance to take part in surveys, reviews, promotional offers, or interactive parts of our goods or services if you want to.

To appropriately answer any questions or opinions you sent us on our platforms or elsewhere.

The information you give by filling out the “Common Form” or any other way is only shared with the institution(s) you have agreed to apply to by paying the application fee. This lets the school(s) process your application and get in touch with you to start the next steps in the acceptance process.
